Dominique Leone Saliba, Resident Trainer
Dominique Leone Saliba combines technical skill with genuine passion for horses and riders alike. Her background spans equine rescue, rehabilitation, and competitive training in the hunter-jumper disciplines.
She focuses on developing harmony between horse and rider, helping each partnership reach its potential through trust, clarity, and consistent progress.
Dominique also has a talent for pairing riders with the right horses — ensuring a true fit that supports long-term success in and out of the show ring.













Amy Foster, Head Trainer
With over two decades of hunter-jumper experience, Amy Foster brings top-level expertise and horsemanship to White Oak Equestrian. A lifelong rider and accomplished Grand Prix competitor, she has competed at the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF), World Equestrian Center (WEC), Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC), Equestrian Sport Productions (ESP), the Split Rock Jumping Tour (SRJT), and Fox Lea Farm.
Amy has developed riders and horses from the local show ring to the national level, tailoring each program to help them achieve confidence and competitive success. A career highlight includes placing second in the $100,000 Split Rock Grand Prix.
She is proudly sponsored by Kunkle Gloves and CWD Saddles, and is known for her precision, patience, and passion for the sport.













Kai Hall, Assistant Trainer
Kai Hall brings warmth, patience, and a wealth of experience to White Oak Equestrian’s lesson program. With a strong background in hunter-jumper instruction, she specializes in helping new riders build confidence and riders of all levels refine their skills in the saddle.
Kai’s approachable teaching style emphasizes clear communication, proper fundamentals, and a positive barn atmosphere — ensuring every rider feels supported as they grow.
Whether you’re just starting out or ready to advance to the next level, Kai’s guidance lays a strong foundation for long-term success in the sport.
